DRIVERS:
So important for a successful journey. Most
of our drivers have been with Woods Coaches
for many years and their experience is
second to none. In addition they
attend training courses in Customer Care,
Defensive Driving and Training for the
Institute of Advanced Motorists, to ensure
that their skills are right up to date.
All drivers have mobile phones so they can
keep in contact with our office at all
times. As well as this, we supply
drivers to you with a smart uniform,
welcoming smile and a warm personality.
COACH
COMFORT:
All of our coaches feature panoramic windows
& reclining seats. Features include
air-conditioning, toilet, TV, DVD, hot and
cold drinks facilities.
SAFETY & RELIABILITY:
We operate a fleet of Highliner Volvo Luxury
Coaches chosen with your comfort and safety
in mind. Volvo coaches are the
accepted leader in the market in terms of
safety and reliability, providing a European
network of fully equipped garages offering
24 hour support. Safety features include
seat belts fitted to all seats, secondary
electric braking systems and ABS.
OFFICE STAFF:
Our friendly office staff are always happy
to help and will always try to answer any
queries that you have. Their wealth of
experience will help to make sure that you
book the kind of tour or day trip that is
right for you.
QUALITY CONTROL:
To ensure that we maintain (or even surpass)
our high standards we ask you for feedback.
Passengers are asked to complete a
questionnaire when they return from a
holiday and we phone, at random two
passengers who have travelled on each day
excursion. These results are carefully
analysed and then help us to shape future
trips making sure that we meet the needs of
our valued customers.
NO FEEDER
COACHES:
As we have 12 pick-up points across the
county for our day trips and holidays,
there’s no need for feeder coaches.
Alternatively if you are travelling on a
holiday, simply let us arrange a taxi for
you from your home to the departure point.
