We offer free amendments on our holidays and day excursions, if your trip is impacted by Covid-19.

So you can book with the confidence of knowing that if you cannot travel because you need to isolate, you can swap your booking free of charge.

 
 

Terms & Conditions

 

  • You must notify us that you cannot travel in advance of your departure.

  • You must provide us with evidence of your positive Covid test. This must be an email or text from the NHS.

  • The original day trip or holiday must be due to depart during the isolation period advised by UK Government.

  • The departure you swap to must be of equal or lower value, or the difference will be payable.

  • You must swap your booking to your new chosen trip within 7 days of the departure date of your cancelled trip. After 7 days our standard cancellation charges as per our T&Cs, will apply.

  • For day trips this offer is valid for the individual who tests positive and one other companion that was due to travel with them on the original booking.

  • For holidays this offer is valid for the individual who tests positive and any other individual who was due to share a room with them on the original booking.

  • This offer can be withdrawn at any time.
