Sidmouth is a seaside haven! Enjoy this lovely Devonshire town with gorgeous parks and gardens plus two clean, sandy beaches. Glorious views of red sandstone cliffs contrast with pastures of the Sid Valley and the shimmering blue sea.  The Regency influence can be seen in the style of buildings along the Esplanade and around the town (Fortfield Terrace is a good example).  Look out for the blue plaques on the buildings built when members of London’s high society came here.  There’s plenty of attractive shops for browsing around, and lots of cafés, bars and pubs in case you need refreshment. Local attractions include the Norman Lockyer Observatory and the famous Donkey Sanctuary.

Customer feedback from Sidmouth October 2014:
"We both thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days in Sidmouth. The hotel was excellent with friendly staff. Our room was first class, clean and very comfortable. The quality and selection of the food in the restaurant couldn't have been better. We have been very satisfied with every aspect of our holiday. We would come again!"
