Evita – Wednesday 24th May 2017
Since 1976, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical has won several accolades including the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Musical, and was the first British musical to win a Tony Award for Best Musical on Broadway. Following its smash hit run at the West End, Bill Kenwright’s production is set to thrill audiences once again this year. It tells the story of Eva Peron, following her journey from humble beginnings through to extraordinary wealth which ultimately lead her to be heralded as the spiritual leader of the nation by the Argentine people.
Dreamboats and Petticoats – Wednesday 5th July 2017
Inspired by the smash hit multi-million selling albums of the same name, the story charts the talented young musicians Norman and Bobby in 1961 and features some of the greatest hit songs of the rock ‘n’ roll era. With teenage romances seamlessly weaving with the old classics, it is a truly timeless show of pure nostalgia.
Wonderland the Musical – Wednesday 19 July 2017
This adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s ‘Alice’s Adventures in and ‘Through the Looking Glass’ is making its UK premiere. The new production is a timely story of love in all its forms and about the power of everyday magic in our lives, including catchy songs from Frank Wildhorn, the writer of pop hits including Whitney Houston’s ‘Where Do Broken Hearts Go?’.
